It's been a while since updating my page. I Trust and hope that you are all well.
As you may have noticed, new links appear on the front page every so often to gain support for various charities. If anyone knows of anymore online free click sites that generate money by simply clicking a banner, please let us know. Thanks.
World poverty is the main cause of so many problems throughout the world and if we all just chip in a little, I believe we can all make a difference.
As most of you know... I'm near enough Vegan now... just the odd dairy item may have slipped in some hidden ingredient somewhere.. but very rare. There are more reasons to this than just animal welfare... although thats a good enough reason in it's self as you will all discovery I'm sure as the years pass by. The days of ignorance are well and truly over. Loving and protecting our children is demanding at the best of times and feeding them plays a critical role in their welfare. Just for example just go and look at how many chemicals are used in you average Macdonalds hamburger including an antiemetic ( Check out the evidence that links these drugs to all manor of mental health issues ) to stop you being sick, just incase you get slight food poisioning from any of the bacteria, that is mainly found in meat... also checkout youtube for some experiments that were done using hamburger to show how many chemicals are used to preserve these foods. Dont forget also the antibiotics and steroids that were used on the animals, once again do your research and find out the dangers of cross over for human consumption.. it's very real. According to latest research, it is estimated that upto 100 different animals meat can be present in one burger and with the latest scare in America on contaminated meat and CJD this issue needs serious attention. Red meat should not be on our childrens plate. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion but as a matter of fact heart disease starts in children and is the worlds biggest killer. Latest research shows you that heart disease can be reversed by change of diet.... and what would your doctor recommend? Fruit and Veg maybe? Exactly!
Also.. consider this.. all those that like to argue with vegetarian diets etc saying man is naturally a meat eater. Food that you eat, should have an alkalizing effect on the body to keep it healthy. Bacteria and cancer can not grow in an alkaline body ( interesting bit of science don't you think? ) ... but thrive in an acid body. Search for yourself... meat is acid producing! Google it for yourself if you need tips on how to alkalize your body. Quick tips: Lemon, Water, Raisins, Almonds, Banana, Figs are good ones, but most veg and fruit are helpful.
